Assigning Printers

Hi All
I have a network printer in each building on our school site.
I have approx 15 xp pc in each building.
I have shared all printers on a 2000 server i want to use as a print
server.
All the pcs are in there own OU pertaining to the building they are in eg A
block, B Block etc
My students use a mandatory profile when they log on.

Is there a way I can use group policy to assign the pcs within there own
specific OU the printer for its own building. regardless on who logs on.

no. The user would have to reside in each OU to receive the policy, which
isn't possible. Also you'd have to configure the policy before you created
the mandatory profile. GPOs apply after the profile is loaded. So basically
your users will always get the printer for the OU they reside in, regardless
of which building they log on from.

Ok
Any thoughts on how to do it
(perhaps using a batch file etc in each machines startup folder ???????)
