ASP 2.0 - Buttons aren't firing correctly now

I recently installed .NET Framework 2.0 and have an ASP application
created through VS 2005. This application runs on the same web server
as .NET Framework 1.1 applications.

I created a separate Application Pool for this new 2.0 application and
I can run all applications just fine.

However, the buttons in the 1.1 applications don't fire like they
should. You have to click on the buttons twice just to get them to
fire. If I stop the 2.0 Application pool then they fire like they
should! What the &#!#&*!~!!!!!!

Anyone know what could be doing this ??

Nevermind I figured it out. As long as I created the new 2.0 pool using
the existing pool as a template, it works just fine. Who the heck knows
why though.
