Doesn't sound like you are using Microsoft Outlook (part of Office) but
Outlook Express. In any case, I'll give you help for both.
Outlook Express
* Select Tools > Options > Security tab. Uncheck the second box down that
covers potentially unsafe attachments because they could be a virus. (OE
doesn't scan or check. It just has a hit list of what files types are the
most problematic.
Microsoft Outlook 2000 (SP3) or newer:
