Arrange Folder menu

When I double click on a folder instead of opening the contents the search
options appears instead. On right clicking the folder I find the search
option appears at the top of the list and open option is second on the list.
How do I re-arrange these so that 'Open' appears at the top of the list.
Never seen this happen before using XP.

This question took me seconds to type, but trying to find Windows XP in the
discussion list is a joke - why is this not in alphabetic order?

Try looking at the bottom of the list. This is a .Net programming
newsgroup.
