Are they in front of their computers ?

Hi,
I've designed a database with a Stop Watch form that users open when they
start handling a record.
This timer determines agents' utilization,so they always leave it
running and go to the break area in order to count as high utilization as
possible.My company computers are automatically locked every 10 minutes,How
can i make the database detect that the computer is locked ?If i can do this
I'll make the database add a new record to the "Tracking" table with the name
of the person whose computer is locked,so later on i can coach him.I cannot
use the idle time property as users may be working in other applications,so
they may stay for long time working,i need only to detect if they are in
front of the computer or not.

You could ue the form's timer event but I'm not going to answer as
I think you find that in most countries slavery was abolished quite a while
ago

This is not slavery,I want that users,before going to take break,stop the
stop watch timer...that's all...

Oh well - maybe someone else will help.

Computer (and access) can help employees to have a better working enviroment
by automateing repetative task and making the accessing of relation data
simpler (like a big file cabinet) and companies to make more profit - But the
1st should come before the 2nd

Sorry can't be of any help with this - I have seen these sort of
applications beng run in call centers and other such places and "in my opinon
only" they are wrong.

But I may be wrong and someone will give you tips about timers an auto
appends - not me

In these sort of forums no one "has" to answer a question and most of the
time you should just not bother answering if you disagree with the use an
application is being used for - but in this case I felt I wanted to. I am
sorry as I don't want to cause any offence but ...well enough said.
