Are there any testing tools?

Hi All
How can anyone do a automated rigourous testing on file system driver that i
have written.
I know i had a Microsoft CE Test kit for File system drivers written for
Windows CE
IS there any thing like that for Windows 2000/XP file system filter drivers?
Any ideas wud be appreciated.
