Archiving

Dear all,

When i archive my mailbox, a lot of mail messages are not
archived. When i set the option "Archive items older than"
there are much older mail messages not archived. I use
Outlook 2000. Please assist.

To what date are you comparing the "archive items older than" date? If to
the Received date, then you don't understand how archivig works. Outlook
compares the "items older than" date not to the received date, but to the
modified date, a date that you don't normally see. If you want to see that
date, use the Field Chooser to place it on your header bar and you'll
probably come to understand why those items you thought should be archived
weren't.
