Hi,

Please how can i archive the contents of sent items to the old archived sent
items folder without it creating a new archive folder.

Lets say i have created an earlier archived folder called lawrence which
includes inbox, sent items, deleted folders e.t.c i want to send some details
from my inbox sent items to the sent items in lawrence but instead it creates
a new archive folder and i dont want that.

Hi

If you've already got the archive set up and have 'sent items' in your
archive, then simply select your emials in sent items from your mailbox and
move to the sent items in archive.

Please post a message back to me so that i can see if it helps.

Thx

tools, options, other, autoarchive, choose the existing archive pst? Note
that the archive folder can not go over about 1.87 GB if you use ol2002 and
earlier.

If you selected the correct pst, it should work, unless the pst was from
ol2002 and you are using a Unicode pst in 2003.

In any event, select one item, ctrl+a, drag to drag more than one item.
