I have one user here at work that is not able to archive
his inbox and sent items. Now he has a bunch of folders
setup under his inbox and they all archive fine. Also all
other folders seem to archive fine just the inbox and
sent items to not archive as they should. I have tried a
bunch of different ways to archive doing it manually, on
thoose individual folders, doing to manully on all
folders, and doing it by auto archiving. Nothing I seem
to try will let me archive theese folders. He did have
office 2000 which is when the problem started, and we did
switch to office XP and I thought maybe that would help
but that didnt' work either.
Any and all help is appreciated.
