TO REPEAT:

Run or removeblockedstartupprograms

User Account Control preventsprogramsthat require permission or an
administrator password from running automatically whenWindowsstarts. If a
program isblocked, you'll see a message in the notification area that sayssomestartupprogramsneed permission to run. You can run ablockedprogram,
removeblockedprogramsfromstartup, or ignore the notification.

To run ablockedprogram
Right-click theBlockedstartupprogramsicon in the notification area.

Click Runblockedprogram, and then click the name of the program you want
to run. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation,
type the password or provide confirmation.

Note
You'll need to repeat these steps each time you want to run the program
after startingWindows.

To remove ablockedprogram fromstartup
You can remove ablockedprogram fromstartupso that it won't try to run
automatically each time you startWindows. Removing the program fromstartup
won't remove the program from your computer.

Right-click theBlockedstartupprogramsicon in the notification area.

Click Show or removeblockedstartupprograms.

Notes
If a program that you want to run atstartupis beingblocked, check the
publisher's website to see if there is an updated version of the program
available that doesn't require permission or an administrator password to
run.

Removing a program fromstartupmight affect other users of this computer.
