Appropriate Group for TS Issues with Windows Server 2003

I'm not finding any Windows Server 2003 Group. Is this an appropriate group to post questions for that OS and TS

..msi is a Windows Installer newsgroup, so the answer to that would be no.

Microsoft is moving away from newsgroup names based on product version
names/numbers, so you will find all Windows Server 2003 groups under
microsoft.public.windows.server.*

e.g. microsoft.public.windows.server.general

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.server.general

There is also an separate TS group: microsoft.public.windows.server.general
