Appointment increments and view

I am have appointments that can be 9:10 or 9:30 or 9:15.

Our office uses the current view/day/week/month choice in Outlook 2003 on
Windows XP Pro.

Our entries have a specific entry format of: (example)
WGB-JOHNSON, KEN-FOERSCHLER(OVERLAND PARK - KS)

When we enter appointments on the hour or half hour increment the above
appears.

If we input an increment outside the hour or half hour time frame the
following appears: (example)

10:20am-10:50am WGB-JOHNSON, KEN-FOERSCHLER(OVERLAND PARK - KS)

Which is irritating from a consistency standpoint if you are looking through
the calendar.

We would prefer to not see the time frame on any calendar entry regardless
of increment choice.

Is it possible to correct this problem or are we stuck with it?

I believe that's because the start time directly corresponds with a view
time scale division. Are you looking at the Day, Week, or Month view? On
the Month view, you should see start times for all of your timed events.

or absence of the start/end times for me. If the event is on a time scale
division, the display doesn't contain the start/end times because the time
scale on the left side indicates the times. If the event of off a time
scale division, the start.end times appear in the event display.

time scale of 5 minutes would cover all of your examples. Of course, it
would make any view showing the time scale to be quite large, not in terms
of screen real estate, but in terms of how much you'd have to scroll.
