Appointment Details

Hello - on my calendar (Outlook 2003) when scheduling appointments for
others, I can roll my mouse over their existing appointments and view the
meeting details but it also happens when they roll over my appointments - how
do I change the privacy setting on my end so they cannot view my detailed
appointments?
