Applying specific styles to a screendump in word document

Hi
I document procedures in our office and I use a lot of screendumps.
When pasting screendumps in a word document you can't place them where you
would like to without using the FORMAT PICTURE.
Without formatting each screendump - how do I set up a style?
I need to enable absolute positioning, not moving with text and locking the
anchor.
Thanks in advance.

If you're using Word 2003 (and I think Word 2002), go to Tools >
Options > Edit and set the "Insert/paste pictures as" dropdown to a
wrapping choice other than "In line with text". In earlier versions,
there is no option to set.

Instead of opening the Format > Picture dialog, click the Text
Wrapping button on the Picture toolbar, which should appear
automatically whenever a picture is selected. Choose the wrapping from
the menu that appears.
