I have several applications that load at startup. They are not in the
startup folder under 'Programs'. They can be temporarily disabled using
'msconfig' but I can't figure out how to delete them permanently. The Win98
config utility allowed applications to be deleted from startup easily. I'm
hoping for something as easy since I avoid editting the registry unless
absolutely necessary. Any ideas?
