Application Hang

Some times when I open emails with attachments, outlook
hang up with the following error message in the event
viewer:

Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 10.0.4510.0,
hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address
0x00000000.

If you have winfax pro 10.2 then uninstall that and try
to read the attachement. Symantec have a work around see
their support site.
