Application Deployment Process

Is there a way to deploy an application by just sending it via email [Zip
File] and if they DO NOT have access, is there a way for me to deploy the
application via email along w/ the runtime version, i.e what if the developer
cannot go to the client and they don't have network/server. I just bascially
want to send them the application via email for them to save on there desktop
[they would not have ms access] and create a way for the runtime version to
open along w/ the application sent via email?

If you have a FE/BE application that you want to deploy, how can you send a
FE/BE db via email?
Is there a way for a user to recieve the FE/BE via email so all they have to
do is open>file>save as?

Say you want to deploy an application via email, the user has access 2000 and
the db was created on 2003, how does that work?

The files for a run time are something around 200 MB if memory serves. Most
email systems would choke way before that.

If they have an FTP site set up, that would be an option; however, they
would still need to install the runtime.
