Append/Concatenate documents

I have several pages of related project information that I's like to append
together in chron order. Since the layout of the pages is different - some
one-column, some two- & three-column pages - I have been unable to cut &
paste.
How do I append these pages together?
Any and all suggestions will be welcomed!!

Go to the bottom of your first document, click "Insert", "Break", "Section -
next page". Set the column properties of this new section and insert your
file. Repeat by creating more Section breaks as needed. It is also a good
idea to make sure each Section's margins are adequate for what you are
copying or inserting.
