Appearance of Outlook 2003

I love the new functionality of Outlook 2003 but i HATE its look. Is there a
way to make it look like Outlook 2000?

You're in a lot of company there!!

A few things you can do are:

stay in the folder list (left side of screen)
show the TaskPad and Date Navigator when in Calendar Folder
