APPCRASH: shelldrv.exe has stopped working

I get a message when I log into Windows Vista Business.
It says "shelldrv.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to
stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a
solution is available.
Can anyone offer me a solution? It would be greatly appreciated.
