Apollo printer

I have xp professional on my home computer it will not
recognize my apollo printer, when I contacted apollo
support they informed me that xp should already support
the 1200 series printer that I own. The computer will not
run the install disk that I have for the printer. Any
ideas?

Use the Add Printer Wizard to add the printer.... HP (makers of the now
discontinued) Apollo range are correct in that they stated the drivers are
already built into XP.
