AOL, YAHOO, show stationary and .jpg as attachments?

I post en email to the above accounts using a stationary and perhaps
inserting a picture in the email, and the recipients view the email- but with
the stationary and picture as attachments.
I send the same email to myself at hotmail and another MS user (Outlook),
and the email displays appropriately for us both.

I use another machine to compose using Incredimail (html intensive), and the
AOL/YAHOO members can see what Incredimail produces. And, Thunderbird
composed messages are also viewed by these members as designed.

I send as html, inserting pictures using the insert menu into the body, etc,
etc.

Suggestions?

You can take a sent message and save it to the Desktop and then rename it
from eml to mht. Then you can send that as an attachment to a message, and
anyone who has IE on their system will open that mht file and it will render
properly for all.

Many email clients (including WinMail) are not up to snuff in terms of the
Internet standards they are all supposed to follow, which in turn diminishes
the standards.
