AOL and Outlook Express

I cannot get Outlook Express to work With AOL.
Here is what I have done:
Incoming Server: imap.aol.com
Outgoing Server: smtp.aol.com
I think this is the correct set up?? Can someone help.....Thanks....Steve

I don't think that they will work together.. AOL are to blame for this..

The question is: How are you connected to the Internet?
DSL, Cable, dial-up modem or wireless? Contact your
ISP (Internet Service Provider) to set you up. He/she will give
you step-by-step instructions to do it. I am on Cable, use Outlook
Express, AOL, Juno and Netzero all at the same time with no problems.
You'll have two browsers, IE (Internet Explorer) and AOL.
You're paying for the access, get your money's worth.

Very simple solution to this problem: get rid of AOL...it is the single
worst piece of malware ever devised by the human race, and should forever be
banned!

I agree with you there I got rid of AOL years ago, still got there
equipment don't know why though keep meaning to through it out with the
rest of the trashy ISP's equipment I've collected over the years.
