please don't crosspost heavily as you did. And also, it sure doesn't make
*any* sense to include non-english newsgroups.

In order to create buttons as the one you mentioned, you'll have to use
GDI+ and do the drawing yourself. Check out Bob's FAQ on GDI+ here:
