any way to script net localgroup

I would like to script net localgroup so that I can add every domain user on
every machine to the "power users" group. Can this be done? If so, how
would I do it without having permissions as an administrator on the machine
first?

I answered my own question. I downloaded psexec and it worked beautifully:
