Any way to prevent original rdp session from being disconnected?

I have an annoying problem where I am administering a
machine and a co-worker breaks my session when remotely
logging in to the same machine. I know that you can't get
multiple sessions with RDP, but I would like to prevent my
staff from stepping on me when I am on a machine. The
same thing happens using Terminal Services on a Win2K
server....

Are you running XP or Win2K? did you "restrict user to one session" via
group policy or tscc?

I am making a connection using XP, and am having the
problem connecting to both an XP and Win 2K machine. Do I
set the policy on the machine I am connecting to? If you
have any details on the policy setting I sure would
appreciate it.
