Any way to create completely encapsulated HTML page?

I have a page which I'd like to distribute via various mediums. The page
includes references to various external dependencies (e.g. graphics, object,
etc.). Is there any way that I can encapsulate these all into a single file?
This would make distribution much easier for me, since I wouldn't have to
worry about distributing multiple files and then making sure that
inter-connecting links are established properly at the target location.

Use the .MHT selection under 'save as'? You'll need all those dependencies
local.
