Any software to manipulate MS-SQL Server??

Is there any freeware software to manipulate databases as SQLYog does
with MySQL? I mean, a software that let me create databases, relations,
input and output data on tables, create tables, etc for MSSQL (please,
do not tell me Access does it, I know, but I'm on OpenOffice and Base
needs SQL Client which is what I don't want to use)

For generic SQL databases? For MS SQL server databases?
