Any methods or tools can set default printer easily

and let them to choose other printer instead of choose it in the

I'm not quite sure what you're looking for, but you could perhaps use
something like the free SetDefPr program on www.jddesign.co.uk to
create shortcuts to the printers.

That little program should work with any Windows OS - give it a try!
