If I try and open a link from any webpage I'm on, the address bar goes to
C:\Documents and Settings\Bonnie\Local Settings\Temp\teamspam wave.htm#
followed by the address of the site I'm trying to reach....example below

C:\Documents and Settings\Bonnie\Local Settings\Temp\teamspam
wave.htm#http://www.tdcanadatrust.com/cgi-bin/convert.pl

I know it's being redirected somehow and I've had this situation for quite
sometime and now turn here for help to solve it. Is this a problem that
needs to be fixed in the registry editor? If so how? Is it causes by a
virus. Please advise as I've spent hours trying to figure this problem out.

Thanks

I recently repaired a system that had a problem similar to yours. The
fix was simply to run Ad-Aware and delete all the spyware. If you've
already tried that, it might be beneficial to delete your cookies and
temporary internet files. Good luck.

unfortunately I've tried this and it's not working. I think I need to find
the "teamspam" target location and delete it or redirect somehow. I dunno,
it's frustrating.
