Any good source for using an MDA with Outlook?

Does anyone have a good reference for using my MDA with Outlook? TMobile help is scanty to say the least, and I have yet to find a good source/link for using my device to its fullest

Define "Use" - what do you want to do that the MDA and activesync don't already do?
