Any Excel spreadsheets to track a Wolf scouts achievements?

My wife has used an excel spreadsheet (that somebody else set up) to track
the achievements for the tiger cub scout den that she is leading. We were
wondering if anybody has or knows of a similar spreadsheet for the Wolf cub
scouts.

What would be involved in making such a sheet? Explain for someone
who has no idea what either tiger cub scout or wolf cub scout is.
Also why you can't reuse what your wife is using already for this
particular one.

The sheet is a multi-sheet workbook that has each of the boys in each
group(den) on their own individual page, as well as a summary page for the
entire group of boys(max of 8 per den). The individual sheets track all of
the achievements that are outlined in the Boy Scout manual for that
particular level (Tiger - 1st grade; Wolf - 2nd grade; etc). The requirements
are different for each level (tiger, wolf, etc). The Wolf handbook is 236
pages long and includes 12 requirements and 23 electives. each of the
requirements contains multiple parts, as well as some which require 1 or 2
elements plus 2 out of 6 other subelements (another is 1 plus 4 out of 10).
Each of the electives has anywhere from 3 to 15 sub-elements.
Although there are similarities between the different levels, it would be a
major task to "modify" the existing sheet/workbook.
