antispyware not respond

I just downloaded microsoft windwos antispyware beta, but
after installing it, the setup assistant window doesn't
respond. However, I can enable real- time protection. I
sent a report to microsoft, and it suggested it had
something to do with compatibility. I don't know what
that means, but i can't open microsoft antispyware.
