Anti-spam email addresses

Is there any way to get Outlook to change my return email address for
selected contacts?

I use an anti-spam service called Spamex (www.spamex.com). It works by
allowing me to create "disposable" email addresses for when I want to
communicate with contacts that I cannot trust not to spam me or sell
my email address to spammers.

Let's say I want to order something from FlyByNight.com. Rather than
give them my real email address, I ask Spamex to create a disposable
email address (eg, (e-mail address removed)) which I give to them. Any
email they send to that address gets forwarded by Spamex to me. If
they don't spam me, I leave the disposable email address active. If
they start spamming me, I simply tell Spamex to disable that email
address and no more spam. Even better, since I create a unique
disposable address for each vendor, if they sell my address to a
spammer, I will know which vendor did it, in case I want to do
something about it. Also, I can disable individual vendors without
affecting any others.

The problem is that it is difficult to initiate email without
disclosing my email address. If I send them an email, Outlook will
disclose my email address. If I could put the Spamex disposable email
address somewhere in the contact record and have Outlook use that as
the return address, then I could freely communicate with them without
breaching the privacy barrier established by Spamex.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks
