another presenter problem post

Hi

I have searched the forum but haven't found the exact problem.

I have a thinkpad i series 1300 (XP), which will display a cloned image
on a projector and the lcd fine. When I go to settings in display
properties it says (multiple monitors) but has only one monitor icon
shown. The option PPT for presenter view is greyed out, is this because
it doesn't have full dual display ability? The microsoft info on this
seems to say I only need multiple monitor ability...
