Another HD in my Presario PC? What is Recguard?

Hi, I barely setup a presario pc and when I go to my computer, then C: is
Presario and D: Presario_rp. the stickers in front of my computer does not
say 2 hd.
Then I installed System Mechanic 6 (iolo tech.) and also I ran a spyware
scan using iolo spython and detected a spyware trojan which says it comes
from recguard.exe, kbd.exe and something from iTunes? are they supposed to be
in startup?, cause it deleted those startup keys.

You have a single HD with two partitions.
D is your recovery partition

Your spyware app is giving false positives, both these files are HP
installed processes, I believe something to do with protecting the recovery
partition, and multimedia - the latter file
Try google next time

So how should I restore those keys, I checked with iolo inspect and undo
changes, and there was nothing. I barely brought the computer so there is no
restore point on system restore, any help on restoring the keys back to where
they belong to?

I mean, the registry keys to run recguard after startup.

Well if your Spyware App doesnt make a backup of what its done, so that you
can undo, than I think you better dump it.
Try Adaware, SpyBot and MS Defender, all free, the first two being
reccommended by MS

As for restoring, since I dont know what else your spyware app screwed up,
perhaps use the Recovery Method provided by HP to put your pc back to its
delivery state. And then ensure you know what you are doing, and the results
of your actions, before you start 'playing'
