ANONYMOUS LOGON

Can someone briefly tell me why/what this "anonymous user" is accessing or how? The Event ID is 540.

Logon Type:
Logon Process: NtLmSsp
Authentication Package: NTL

My anonymous & guest accounts are disabled, so I am not sure why this is constantly in my Event viewer

I seem to recall that these security logs are a benign sideeffect of using
the xp logon screen. Try disabling the logon screen.
