Up to this point nobody has seen any of the upgrade versions of Vista
and the assumption is that the x86 or x64 DVD of the operating system will
have all versions and the PK will determine what's installed. I think that
that will be true for the retail versions, all else is still unknown. I
purchased Vista Business with s/a & v/l which was upgraded to Enterprise.
During installation there was no PK request, but to activate the operating
system you you have to change the PK to the MAK or KMS PK. The download size
for Enterprise x86 1.92GB and x64 2.52GB. Because of having to change the PK
not to just enter the PK, there is an installation PK included in the
download. This is just an observation since my purchase didn't include any
physical media just the downloaded ISO images.

That's how the volume license programs work. The retail program is
different.
