An Error Occurred During Creation of an ActiveX Control

I have tried to use some of the controls (control toolbox;
more controls) in PowerPoint only to have the error
message, "An Error Occurred During Creation of an ActiveX
Control".

What do I do in order to allow my use of the controls?

Harry,
One possibility,some DLL files are removed.It may be necessary to reinstall
powerpoint.
