AMD-760 chipset and XP PRO issues

Has anyone had any problems with the AMD 760 chipset, XP Pro and video
playback? It seems all types of video playback from DIVX to DVD freeze up
after playing for 10 minutes or so.

Any ideas?

All latest drivers are installed.
