"Always on top" in MSA2007?

I *must* have a form that stays on top of other Windows apps.

So far I have DL 2 different pieces of code for this neither of which seem
to work in 2007.

I would happily maximize my form to the Access Window and movesize the
access window the right location If I could get the Access window to stay on
top.
(but I'd prefer the form)

BTW I've posted 5 questions in the last 4 days and no one has even bothered
to respond. Thought this was a MODERATED, MS SUPPORT newsgroup. I still need
answers on:

Refreshing Linked Tables in MSA 2007
Setting Office 2007 color scheme from code.

This is not a MS SUPPORT group. Although MS employees do from time to time
look in, the vast majority of readers and posters are volunteers who are
under no obligation to respond.

i never said the vast majority were under any obligation to respond.
Nor was it yours.

But I am here at
"www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?..." where
microsoft is telling me to come answers. MS hosts this newsgroup and hosts it
again on thier website. They make alot of money from us.

So I do figure that its in microsoft's best intrests to pay, no make that
out-source, someone to not leave us developers hanging in the wind.

I (a volunteer) answer many questions every time I'm here . ( At least one
each I check to discover that on one has answered mine.) But I'm begining to
feel that this relationship is one-sided.

I'm saying that there used to be better support here. I wasn't complaining
to YOU (I have no idea who you are.) I am complaining to microsoft, because I
am begining to feel that actually WANT me to start writing for OpenOffice.

I answer A LOT of questions here. I don't think I'm being demanding to
expect a "yes" or a "no" or a "you can't do that" or somthing when I finally
get stumped.

But time and time again I either get no response at all, or some off-topic
response like this from this someone who (respectfully) thinks its his job to
be offended on behalf of the entire newsgroup. (and has no actual amswer for
me). (no offence)

Now could I please get answer to my programming question?
