This stupid trojan keeps hijacking my IE7 running under vista home edition. I tried mcafee, kaspersky, MS live one care (which actually detected this peice of crap), adaware, and othe various downloadable software, etc., etc...

I also ran everything in safe mode, but still nada. nothing finds it after the scan, but I know it's there because this thing changes my DNS, so if I click on a link it takes me to someplace other than where I want to go.

Anybody here that can steer me in the right direction?

Run SuperAntiSpyware and Spybot Search & Destroy I used these this morning to repair a clients laptop and the problem was solved

After running about 7 antispyware, virus scanners, running from MS One Time, Kaspersky to AVG, I finally (I hope) killed this thing with SpyBot, which I had on another machine. We'll see if I get hijacked to other sites, but for now my DNS seems to be working ok.
