I have tried to delete it via regedit but it is denied.

Hi

- Denied also in safe mode ?

- If you choose fullscan with all options checked I think MSAS
can handle this in safe mode.

This can also be a good idea:

- Download/Install CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com, remove all
temporarily junk

- Download/Install Lavasofts Adaware, also removes tracking
cookies.

All scans then in *safe mode*, press F8 during reboot.

- Start CCleaner and remove all temporarily junk.

- Choose fullscan with all options checked within MSAS and scan.

- Also choose fullscan within Adaware

- Restart

Or:
Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Run it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment. Put Hijack in the subject
so I'll know it's not spam.

With the advice you gave re changing permissions, I was
able to remove the Altnet and Dashboard keys. Antyspy had
removed all but these 2 main keys. Thanks for your help.
