Take a big breath and raise your spirits.
Just take it one step at the time.
At what 'level' do we need to help you with this? How much do you know
to get right?
Who built the PC, - you?
You don't have a 256MB agp aperture, I hope? Set it to 64MB!
What are your settings, FSB 166GHz/333 and memory 166GHz/DDR333, I
hope?
And what kind of PSU do you have?
Your temps alright?
Do you have any extra peripheral installed, that you can remove? Try
to get it to work on a minimal config, video, hd, cd, first.
Who Installed XP, - you?
(and it was installed onto this particular config, I trust? You
haven't foolishly moved the install from another PC, right?)
Is Windows XP fully updated from MS online 'Windows Update'?
Does 'dxdiag' report any problem?
Then: what are your debugging options. Is the 512MB ram in two 256MB
sticks? Try one at a time.
Do you possess an alternative videocard?
Can you 'borrow' an alternative ATX PSU from another PC?

Do you have two dimms of RAM or one? If two, try booting with just one
in place. If that works OK, swap with the other and try again. That
may tell you something.

Did you just built this PC?

i kno about enough i order the pc online and set in the video card mah
self mah aperture size is on 64mb my settin for fsb clocking is
166mhz and i dunno how much it is on my memory dun really know how to
set memory fsb clock
my psu is 350wattz
temperature is about 47 c right now hehe its hotter today usually is
lower my peripheral should b around minimal config already
i installed the xp from professional version i format mah comp and
installed win xp home edition cause it was causin too much error
maybe cause the cd was scratch up
yes is fully updated now but then i think its blocking me from
extracting .cab files
there was no problem found on my dxdiag
i only have 1 512 ddr 400 pc 3200 ram
wells my motherboard does not come wit a onboard vid card so i guess
there is no alternative vid card unless i bought this vid card some
where else n i manually installed it if u call that as an
alternative
nop cant borrow atx psu from another pc
i guess it was the rams voltage setting on too high i put it on 2.6
now i see less of the ~blue screen of death~ lol but theres still
problems with my video card i think
