allow users to insert a picture in a form

How can I allow users to insert a picture in a form? Once the page is locked
they cannot insert a picture. None of the fields seem to allow pictures, just
text.

Put a section breeak either side the place where you want the picture and
set the protection for forms to exclude the section in the middle.
