Allow OU Admins to add/delete computers to OU

How can I allow users (our group) to add a computer to an
OU in the domain? I do not want them to be able to add to
the root only to their own OU. Engineering
builds/rebuilds servers all day and I need them to be
able to add/remove computer accounts in their OU not the
root "Computers" OU.

I have gone this route and yes the delegated group has
the ability to add computers, the new computer ends up in
in the root "computers" and not in the "engineering" OU.
The delegates do not have authority in "computers" so
therefore can not move them into the "engineering" OU.

You can redirect the default computer OU

C:\windows\system32>redircomp ou=mycomputers,DC=company,dc=com
