Allow normal user to start/stop service remotely

Hello, I am trying to allow a user to start/stop a single service from her
workstation. I obtained the third party tool SetACL.exe and can successfully
change the permission to start/stop but when I try to start/stop the service
as the user, I get an access denied error. In the event log I receive event
ID 560 for Service Control Manager object name ServicesActive. What am I
missing? Any insight is appreciated. By the way, this is an NT4 domain if
that makes a difference, workstation is Win2k. Thanks.

You can always make her a poweruser. If you are trusting her with 1 service,
you are trusting her with a few other things as well. :)
