all shortcut are missing

Hi,

Is there any body can teach me, all short cuts are missing on desktop and
i cant put shortcut on it, it wouldn't let me display the icons on the
desktop.

Right click on the Desktop, Arrange Icons by, check Show Desktop Icons.

Check your time and time zone. Is your time zone +8 from GMT?
