Is there any way to autosort my listed programs in All
Programs on the Start Menu. Newly installed programs
initially would sort themselves into alphabetical order
but now they are merely added to the bottom of the list
and I have to manually Sort by Name.

Just open the Programs Folder in the Start Menu and right click on one of the
linked Programs, than click on "Sort by Name"
