"All Programs" menu blocked - URGENT!!!!

Can somebody tell me how can i unblocked the "All
Programs" menu from the startup menu??.
I used the antispyware software and the program blocked
this menu. Then i uninstalled the program but nathing
happens, can somebody tell me how can i have access to my
menu again???

Can you boot into safe mode and try to see if you can get access to your All
Programs menu? To do so, restart your computer and start pressing F8
continuously until you see a menu appear. From there, select safe mode with
the arrow keys. See if you can do it from there. I'm thinking upon
removing the spyware it did something to your registry. You're going to
have to find out what registry key that is and enable it.
